Information we collect

When you submit the dispatch request form we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, equipment type, number of trucks, authority status, preferred lanes and any notes you add.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you viewed, which helps us keep the site fast and working correctly. See “Cookies and analytics” below for what is and is not collected.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and move through this site — which pages they read, roughly where they are, and which link brought them here. This helps us spend our advertising budget where it actually reaches drivers.

No analytics or advertising cookie is set until you accept. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, none is set at all and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

Google processes this data on our behalf. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the details you submit through the dispatch request form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, complete carrier and broker setups on your behalf, and provide dispatching services you ask us to perform.

We do not sell your information. Beyond the service providers listed below, we share it only with brokers, shippers and factoring partners as needed to book and manage the loads you approve.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this website. They process your information only to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Resend delivers the notification email when you submit the dispatch request form. That email contains the details you entered, so Resend processes them in transit.

Vercel hosts this website and runs the form endpoint. Routine server logs may briefly contain technical request data.

Google provides the analytics described above, and only when you accept cookies.

Communications

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about dispatching services. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing us.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterward to meet recordkeeping obligations. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.
