These terms apply to your use of this website and to any dispatch request you submit to Vision Roads Dispatching Services. Dispatching engagements are governed by the separate dispatch agreement you sign before we book your first load.
Using this site
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through the request form.
Requests are not a contract
Submitting the dispatch request form starts a conversation — it does not create a dispatching relationship. Services begin only after both parties sign a dispatch agreement and we complete carrier setup.
Rates, loads and approval
We present load options with the rate, miles and details. Nothing is booked without your approval. Rates shown in examples on this site are illustrative and vary with market conditions, lane, season and equipment.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining active operating authority, valid insurance, DOT compliance, and safe, legal operation of your equipment. We are a dispatch service and are not the motor carrier.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vision Roads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website. Nothing here limits obligations set out in a signed dispatch agreement.
Site content and trademarks
The Vision Roads name, logo, photography, copy and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy, republish or use them to represent another business, or in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you.
Load boards, rates and other screens shown in imagery on this site are illustrative examples, not live data.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
If the dispatch request form is ever unavailable, call or email us instead — we would rather hear from you than lose the request.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
